I love being part of a community built on serving others because that's where true happiness comes from. I've always admired entrepreneurs and those with a go-getter mindset, and I strive to build a name for myself while improving every day.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?There are so many I could never choose one... I have a passion for Vietnamese cuisine that came from a family friend of mine. Summer of 2019 I worked my first real job on a food truck called Bao Town, it served Vietnamese bites. During my time there I fell in love with the craft and skill taken to make a beautiful and edible piece of art.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would likely use it as an assistance to cover my school costs, and I'd love to work on starting my own small catering gig where I can cook up meals for small groups and events.
