Who or what inspires you to cook?

When I was still living at home with my parents, I must have been 20 at the time, my job changed to having Weds. off. So, my father in his retired Marine Corps Gunny Sgt voice proclaimed that since I was off, I should start to take on ‘duties’ of cooking supper to give my mother a break as she cooked 7 days a week, 2/3 meals a day & worked full time job at the local high school cafeteria. So yep she did a LOT of cooking. So my dad was my inspiration & my mom’s spaghett

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Oh, there is so many……….but, I’d have to say, a lovely Beef Wellington with a side of finely sliced Brussel sprouts, sautéed over the stove, with many other sides and served to my delighted family and guests for Christmas!! It’s all about love. ๐Ÿ’•

What would you do with the $25,000?

Truthfully?? An addition to my house to build myself a proper, big beautiful kitchen that would hold an extra large counter stovetop, double ovens, an extra large refrigerator, a farmhouse sink, separate pantry room and countertops that only the best chefs would have in their homes!! I could spread more love with such a large kitchen! It would help my back to have an easier working space, too, instead of the cramped one I have now.
