Panes con pollo and carne asada tacos are more than just dishes in our home they’re comfort, tradition, and love served on a plate. These are my daughters’ absolute favorite meals, and preparing them brings us together in the most meaningful way. Every time I cook these dishes, I’m not just feeding them, I’m creating memories, passing down culture, and pouring love into every bite. There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing the pure joy on their faces.

One of my biggest dreams is to one day open my own food truck a place where I can share my culture, creativity, and love for food with the world. This is more than just a business goal; it’s a stepping stone toward a larger vision. I see the food truck as the beginning of something greater an opportunity to build a brand rooted in authenticity, flavor, and community.
