Who or what inspires you to cook?

My brother James inspired me when he joined the army and still couldn't feed himself independently and my sister with 5 kids and growing up in America community being half south Korean descent. Starting off working at bakery in Baltimore and mastering Cajun cuisine in Atlanta. New Orleans style

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Fugu (pufferfish), Consommé, Mole Poblano. Beef Wellington, Gumbo, chicken and waffles

What would you do with the $25,000?

Rescue 🛟 my wife stuck in Africa, Ghana, after escaping the War involving extremist on the streets of Germany coming from Russian and Ukraine. Etc
