I am Cuban living in US, and never thought about cooking in my life, it was something unknown to me until I started looking for that universe and I ended up falling in love. My daily inspiration to keep cooking is make the difference in the industry, in every single meal i can make, also, the need of creating new plates and fusions inspire me to keep pushing and grow as a cook, because I love innovate and learn from others with humble attitude all the time.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love risotto... I love veal... and i think both together could be a great combo with a marsala sauce on top. I also love good rices, steaks and salad.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have almost 8 years in the industry and I think I have a lot of dreams and goals, so I will use the money to start my own business and create new leaders with a concept of food. I think if have the blessing to get the money I will use it with wisdom and for a big purpose to change my live.
