First and foremost my grandma. She was an old school country cook. Made her own noodles, hand dug dirt pantry filled with pickles and preserves. I can still remember watching her from the stairs above the kitchen.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Pasta. Flour/high egg ratio, kneeded by hand. Watching it literally transformed in my hands is most satisfying. Making agnolotti and other stuffed pasta is a special treat.
What would you do with the $25,000?Put it toward my own business. I want to open my own gourmet kitchen supply/ cooking store.
