Who or what inspires you to cook?

My grandmother inspired me, she taught me to use cooking as an expression of love to others. Then there are chefs like Carla Hall, Nyesha Arrington, and Ester Choi whose brand inspires me and other women to rise to greatness in the culinary world.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

One of my favorite dishes to make is salmon stuffed with lobster dressing and topped with a creole cream sauce. This dish for me hits everything on my favorite flavor profile. Soulful Seafood with a touch heat and sweetness.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would take the $25,000 travel to other countries to learn and share food experiences with different cultures. I think this would not only enhance my cooking abilities but also give me the knowledge to share with the next generation of those inspiring to become chefs.
