What's your all time favorite dish to make?One of my favorite dishes to make is salmon stuffed with lobster dressing and topped with a creole cream sauce. This dish for me hits everything on my favorite flavor profile. Soulful Seafood with a touch heat and sweetness.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take the $25,000 travel to other countries to learn and share food experiences with different cultures. I think this would not only enhance my cooking abilities but also give me the knowledge to share with the next generation of those inspiring to become chefs.
