My mother is a strong woman with wonderful values, faith, inner (and outer) beauty, culinary talent and hard work ethic. She has been my rock as I've navigated life including my first year in sobriety. She’s taught me to believe in myself and to put a part of my heart and soul into my dishes.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My most requested dish (and favorite to make) are my homemade hybrid meatballs. I mix ground beef, Italian sausage and a medley of spices and secret ingredients and serve them in my homemade, simmered-for-hours red sauce.
What would you do with the $25,000?The $25,000 would help me with transportation as I have started a new chapter living in south Florida but without a car. I would also use the funds to help furnish my future house and adopted dog!
