What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all-time favorite dish to make is chile verde with homemade tortillas, a tradition I shared with my abuela. Cooking alongside her taught me the importance of patience, flavor, and love in every dish. The smell of roasting chiles, and spending time with my grandma is more than just a meal, it’s a connection to my roots, my family, and the heart of why I cook.

Every chef needs a place to bring their vision to life, and this funding would help me get my foot in the door, whether through a pop-up, a lease, or the foundation of a future kitchen.
