My mom. I burnt the kitchen down at the age of 15 and to this day lol she has not allowed me to cook for her. HOWEVER, we’re making major progress. She has believe in me from the start, and wants nothing more than for me to succeed in all that I love.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I personally love anything on a flaming grille. Whether it be oysters, pork shoulder, steak, whole fish, you name it. The heat and pressure to produce anything in almost the most human way for people gives me life.
What would you do with the $25,000?Buy a trip to the Philippines with and for my family. I would love to get back to my roots.
