Who or what inspires you to cook?

Started with my family. Grandma, Grandpa and Mom cooked delicious and diverse food, got me exposed to different flavors at home. Traveling also opened my mind for more cultures and their food. Now I am a fan of several chefs, they are constantly inspiring me, along with some amazing food I found all over NYC.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

I love duck! Duck breast with orange honey jam served with roasted veggies and machê salad. I can also make an amazing Acarajé ( a dish from Bahia) and a delicious Feijoada ( Brazilian most famous dish).

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would take cooking classes, to learn more about this anmazing craft and take a trip to try food from my favorite chefs in the world. Invest in my content creation as well.
