What's your all time favorite dish to make?Great question… This would have to be considered one of my absolute favorite Old School Classics… Steak Diane. I remember watching my mom in the kitchen when I was a kid preparing this dish. Flambéed at the end with a little brandy. Ultimate dish that has stood the test of time…
What would you do with the $25,000?Travel. I love traveling and tasting all the cuisines of that particular country. South Korea and Japan are on my bucket list for sure, as well as Vietnam. These cuisines have a special place in my heart and I consider them comfort foods. These cuisines are well reflected in my cooking style and technique.
