My family and friends are my inspiration for cooking. It’s really nice being out of the restaurant and showing my kids recipes I’ve developed over the years. We just had our first crawfish boil of the season which is always a crowd favorite.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Great question… This would have to be considered one of my absolute favorite Old School Classics… Steak Diane. I remember watching my mom in the kitchen when I was a kid preparing this dish. Flambéed at the end with a little brandy. Ultimate dish that has stood the test of time…
What would you do with the $25,000?Travel. I love traveling and tasting all the cuisines of that particular country. South Korea and Japan are on my bucket list for sure, as well as Vietnam. These cuisines have a special place in my heart and I consider them comfort foods. These cuisines are well reflected in my cooking style and technique.
