My grandmother give my first knife , at 6 year old . It was a small , yet significant moment that marked my culinary journey . Her passing ignited a stronger desire to cook . by 18 i was a homeless youth so kitchen become my home . where i found my own name . i had a privilege of learning from incredible Chefs like , Edward and Carlos from Crete' , Chef Will from ducks eatery the innovative mind behind watermelon steak , additional Chef frank and leo from kosher steak house create the Chef IAM
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Carbonara i love Italian food , also some Caribbean dishes like jerk chicken , beef patties , curry goat that i grew up with . Southern food my grandma taught me ... Pulled pork and collard greens , corn bread fried chicken Mac and 3 cheese .
What would you do with the $25,000?With 25,000 i will be helping my family . finally open up a cloud kitchen creating my first pizza and black cuisine shop ... Just everthing love .. Creating jobs and work ...environment to learn and upgrade each individual. Everything im blessed with is to be use to help others
