I’m inspired by the rich traditions of Filipino cuisine and the way food brings people together. Our Texas Homestyle Barbeque with Bold Filipino Infusion  in combination with Kamayan style dining , in particular, is a beautiful way to connect, share, and celebrate community. My inspiration comes from my culture, my family, and the joy of seeing people experience and enjoy the food I create. What's your all time favorite dish to make?

I should be the favorite chef because I don’t just cook—I create experiences. Through my barbeque, I bring people together in a way that’s both deeply rooted in Filipino tradition and uniquely modern. My dishes blend authentic flavors with creative fusion twists, making each meal exciting and unforgettable. Beyond the food, I’m passionate about storytelling through cuisine, ensuring that every bite reflects culture, history, and a sense of community.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d elevate my barbeque catering business by investing in better equipment, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and expanding my reach. I’d also use it to create unique dining experiences, pop-ups, or even take steps toward a brick-and-mortar spot to share my food with more people.
