I inspire to cook because it’s the one thing i can do to make the world a better place. To bring people together that may never have crossed paths or even be in each others lives if it wasn’t for that one experience, that one dish, that lasting memory.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?So it would have to me lobster risotto, but only if you free dive the warm beautiful island water to find, track and hand pick out of of that beautiful little honey hole under the sea. It makes it all the sweeter.❤️
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it not only to help market and grow my brand to reach many parts of the globe, to find new influence and beauty in places not normally talked about bringing culture and new food trends to my local area. Trying to uplift the culinary community around me as well by being a driving factor in the growth of new culinary techniques and fads from around the world teaching the new generation of chefs for the future. OUI CHEF!
