I have a super picky Italian (from Italy) husband to impress, a vegetarian 14-year-old daughter, a 12-year-old autistic daughter with food issues, and I have to feed everyone three meals a day. I try to make everything from scratch and keep it healthy and on budget. I love making favorites, but it’s also nice to experiment and get the “crew” to try foods they wouldn’t have before. I love to eat out and try to replicate stuff at home.
