Who or what inspires you to cook?

The joy of cooking and the smiles it can bring inspires me, plus my taste buds enjoy great food, now they might be a little prejudice lol but they also enjoy good food from anywhere. I've been a bottom cook, I've been a prep cook, I've been in almost every position in every kind of restaurant you can name i excelled and most importantly I enjoyed learning and becoming good at each technique

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Lasagna in various ways. Different meats cheeses sauces abd such ive used venison, chorizo, beef, even lamb before besides all the other variations and never had a complaint about none of them

What would you do with the $25,000?

Hmmm i envision a food truck with a smoker and all my tools I like and be free to take my goodness around Tulsa Oklahoma city so my food would not only bring a smile to my face and make me feel good but also to countless others, I cook jere at home and share with neighbors already freely so my food would be at a very reasonable price to help my community too that's my vision community food community support and smiles.
