Receive Text UpdatesMy inspiration for cooking comes from a blend of experiences. Growing up, cooking with my family was a way to bond and create memories. As I began cooking professionally, the positive reactions and happiness I see from my customers fueled my passion further. It’s incredibly rewarding to know my food brings joy to others.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?One of my favorite dishes that I’ve created is a Wasabi Salmon. The things I love the most about the dish is all different elements, colors, and textures that come to life. It’s one of those dishes that I’ll always have on my menu.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d love to take my family on vacation. My two daughters are all grown up and living their own lives. My wife and I would love the chance to take them and their significant others on a family trip to get in some much deserved quality time together.
