Receive Text UpdatesI love the whole process of cooking, its science...with food. From the dreaming deciding, shopping, preparing...& best of all enjoying it with friends & family... Growing up in an Italian & Arabic family there was always something delicious being served. It was'nt hard to catch the cooking bug from them. They never taught with written recipes. They taught with 'taste'. Tastes that linger in my heart & palate as I prepare food, & I love to cook many international foods too.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I have so so many, but Chicken Napolitan with Pesto pasta is one of my favs. Ah wait, maybe Kibbe Naya & Taboulli...Baklava, oh yes!
What would you do with the $25,000?I love to be able help my son open a food spot, he loves to cook too, Island food, plus.. A lot of mouths to feed at home & outside.
