I’m inspired by the joy a beautifully crafted dish brings, by childhood flavors, and by European culinary artistry. At Krave, I strive to honor the past while embracing innovation. Seeing guests gather, savor, and create memories around our food is what fuels my passion every single day.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?At Krave, I love making my family’s sweet or savory Naleśniki—Polish crêpes—delicate, versatile, and a joy to craft. Filled with savory flavors or sweet indulgence, they’re always a treat. At home, I also make crêpes and savor the comforting dishes of my Polish heritage. I cherish making crispy potato pancakes (placki ziemniaczane) and tender pork cutlets (kotlety schabowe). Each dish is a way to share love, tradition, and a taste of Europe.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I’d invest in expanding Krave’s kitchen, upgrading equipment to better serve our community. It would also help pay down our business loan, easing the financial strain of building this dream. If possible, I’d love to take my hardworking team to Europe to experience the flavors and traditions that inspire our menu. This funding would fuel a dream, strengthen our community, create opportunities for growth, for our amazing team and our for our business.
