Receive Text UpdatesMy family and friends inspire me to cook. I love seeing their expressions when they bite down on a birria taco or take a spoonful of caldo de queso. The compliments bring me joy and makes want to perfect every I cook in my home. When I visit my children, I bring my favorite cooking tools, spices, pots and pans, when they see me they get so excited and tell me they can’t wait to see what I create.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I have several favorite dishes but an all time favorite would be a full Mexican dish, beans, rice, tortillas, Enchiladas, tamales and guacamole with fresh fried corn tortilla strips
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to open a food truck. If that wasn’t possible I would try and enroll in a culinary school so I can perfect cooking and baking
