When I was young my gram, mom, and my big brother through the big brother program taught me how to cook and take care of my younger brothers and sister. I enjoyed learning and now I enjoy teaching and really seeing the joy people can get from cooking. What inspires me most though is the satisfaction you get from seeing someone really enjoy your food the smile it puts on someone's face. actually being able to see your hard work pay off.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?this is a tough one I love making Burgers nothing like a good burger lol. love making steaks but my favorite would most likely be seafood specifically lobster and salmon but I don't think anyone makes better chicken wings then I do!!! very hard question to answer
What would you do with the $25,000?I would either buy into the restaurant I work at now or I always wanted a food truck to serve the community. Food truck definitely been a dream of mine for a long time. make my food truck well known everywhere!
