Who or what inspires you to cook?

My father was a master chef of Indian cuisine, but his time was cut short too soon. Yet, his passion, skill, and legacy live on through the stories of those who worked with him. Every word I heard about his greatness lit a fire in me, shaping my purpose. I chose to become a chef—not just to cook, but to carry forward his legacy, to honor his dedication, and to build something of my own. His journey may have ended early, but mine is just beginning, and I will make it one that he would be p

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

As a chef, I am passionate about innovation and constantly creating new culinary experiences. Every dish I craft is special to me, but if I were to highlight one main course, it would be my spiced rub ribeye steak. This dish features a perfectly seasoned and seared ribeye, accompanied by a choice of rich, garlic mashed Yukon Gold potatoes or a luxurious creamy truffle mushroom risotto. To complement the flavors, I add expertly grilled asparagus, bringing balance and elegance to the plate.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Investing in children’s education is one of the most powerful ways to create a brighter future. By donating to a school in my home country, I hope to give underprivileged children the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a better life. Education is the foundation of change, and every contribution, no matter how small, can make a lasting impact. As I support these children, I also strengthen my own purpose—to uplift, empower, and make a difference in the lives of the next generation.
