What's your all time favorite dish to make?As a chef, I am passionate about innovation and constantly creating new culinary experiences. Every dish I craft is special to me, but if I were to highlight one main course, it would be my spiced rub ribeye steak. This dish features a perfectly seasoned and seared ribeye, accompanied by a choice of rich, garlic mashed Yukon Gold potatoes or a luxurious creamy truffle mushroom risotto. To complement the flavors, I add expertly grilled asparagus, bringing balance and elegance to the plate.
What would you do with the $25,000?Investing in children’s education is one of the most powerful ways to create a brighter future. By donating to a school in my home country, I hope to give underprivileged children the opportunity to learn, grow, and build a better life. Education is the foundation of change, and every contribution, no matter how small, can make a lasting impact.
