My Friends & My Customers to which there is always a Theme & the Menu truely follows the Theme. Each Holiday Sparks a Theme & a Menu to which my Guests patiently wait to get the invite & the day of the Menu is Posted. With my Customers I do not have a set selection for them to chose from we sit & decided per their tastes & their guests needs. With Friends at our last gathering before everyone heads home we vote for the next Theme/Country/Region ~USA/World.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?One of my Favorites is Greece: Bring on the Lemons Chicken-Potatoes & a Very Chunky Greek Salad with the Dressing being Homemade served with Santo Assyrtiko Santorini 2023, along with France: Chicken Cordon Blue Skillet-Nicoise Salad-Ratatouille-Homemade Baguette served with a Louis Jadot Beaujolais-Villages & for Dessert-Crepes-Coconut Cream Cheese Filling & Raspberry Coulis served with Chateau Cantegril Sauternes, 2019
