I want to be the Favorite Chef so I can have the restaurant of my dreams. Cooking became my passion since I was 17 years old. At 17 years old, when I had to choose what career I was going to study, I still didn't know, I wasn't sure, but cooking wasn't on my mind, but since I was 12 years old I learned to cook and I liked to invent many recipes. Then I entered the university in culinary arts and I realized from day #1 that that career was for me, even full of fear it motivated me.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite dish is the pasta and food typical of Puerto Rico absolutely .
What would you do with the $25,000?If I made the $25,000 I could start my restaurant a safe place, my dream come true to do what I am passionate about for myself and my family. I would make my knowledge known, I would provide jobs for young people who, like me, are looking for a place that gives them the opportunity to enter the kitchen.
