I do it for MMMMs! There is no better feeling than a simple 'Mmmm'..in response to what culinary wonders your heart and soul empties into your brain and hands... . Ohh that Mmmm... Leads to sharing that feeling. The sharing leads to community. The ability to bridge partnerships in community for food insecurity, sustainable food industry practices, outreach programs that can help and teach other like minded communities to do their part. What's your all time favorite dish to make?Fresh baked bread batons, traditional French dough or focaccia. Sounds easy, simple just fine .NO..it's my nemesis, the precise nature of baking ugh.. But after many many years. And one-5 successful attempts ..perfect bread is my number one fave thing to make...or Braised Ox tail lol #Vote4FCP
