Receive Text UpdatesInspiration came from more of a necessity, growing up was different. My self and 2 older brothers kind of took care of ourselves. But neither of them could cook, so i taught my self how. In order to feed us. And slowly it became just what i do. Later as i got older my grandmother Angelica, Aunt Olga "Lydia", and Mother Sanjuanita 'Janie, helped nurture the cooking.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Homemade, u can make almost anything out of anything if the flavors go good together. But if i had to list one dish. It would be lightly breaded pan seared rainbow trout, with and egg hashbrowned potato and garlic bacon greens.
What would you do with the $25,000?Would love to say get my own food truck set up. And be able to expand my dishes. And maybe bring my foods to others in the area.
