After losing my mother and recently my younger brother, cooking has become both a tribute to them and my personal sanctuary. As a Chef, I find joy in introducing others to new flavors and techniques that enhance both taste and presentation. Despite struggles with anxiety and depression, the kitchen remains my safe haven.
