Receive Text UpdatesThe one an only that inspires me to cook is my grandma. May she rest in peace I miss her so much. She taught me since I was five years old watching over her every time she started cooking I would come running into the and sit there and watch her do her magic on the stove.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My all time favorite dish I like to make is my smoked gumbo and jambalaya which I make different ones but also my smoked pulled pork and brisket which will melt in your mouth when you make a good sandwich out of it with my homemade coleslaw with a little Cajun kick to it.
What would you do with the $25,000?Well I would first donate$5,000 to my elks Lodge for a charity we do for the veterans and the other amount is to bring my future wife on her dream vacation to Ireland because she has done so much for me and the rest of the money I would set aside to help build an outdoor kitchen area so I can cook on the weekends at my house to help feed the community.
