My wife who went through leukemia and a stem cell transplant has always been my inspiration. She is all about spreading love and bringing people together and I get to do that through food... it is my love language. I love creating great food that brings people together. Seeing people react when they try my food for the first time is always satisfying and fulfilling. It feels good to "SPREAD LOVE THRU FOOD".
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Too many to pick just one… but my smoked prime rib with my horseradish aioli and one of my potato creations is hard to beat. Although, it is hard not to say my smoked beef short ribs served with two different potatoes, gravy and grilled asparagus. Then again my Ahi creations are fun too... I am not sure I am good at picking just one.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to continue to “SPREAD LOVE THRU FOOD”. Creating food and getting to share it with people is incredibly rewarding. In a world that is currently so divided... great food can always bring people together and that is what I want to do.
