My family, friends, partner and my mental health have and will always benefit most when I’m in the kitchen. Food is what I watch on tv. Food is what I work with to make a living. Food is what I read about. Food is what I will be cooking when I’m sad, celebrating or stressed. It’s a cliche saying but food is sewn into the very fabric of my being as a human. It’s gotten me through some of the best and worst times of my life and always will.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Tacos, anything I can put in a tortilla I will.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would buy a food truck and finally have the means that I need to cater bigger events than I am currently.
