Who or what inspires you to cook?

Its a collective of people, I started out young cooking with my mother and it grew vastly with owners of restaurant and chef friends. I found the real joy of cooking with the ambitions always learning more.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Currently right now my favorite dish would be alot of dishes that use lemon grass paste (kroeung) which connects me with my heritage of cambodia. One dish that sticks out to me is amok due to the unique applications to different protiens that could change and alter the dish completely but give a new vibrant taste.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would like to open a food truck for my family. Would give us an opportunity to put cambodian food to be approachable and affordable. I would love to open a tasting menu to push the concepts of flavors for Cambodia and Lao.
