Receive Text UpdatesAfter the military and being homeless, I decided to do something better with my life and a lot of my friends said that I was a really good cook so I went to culinary school and became a chef. I enjoyed it a lot.And then even when I was a kid, I used to watch bobby flay, and gordon Ramsey and the whole Food Network. I taught me things to do until I went to culinary school.and found My niche, i just enjoyed seeing everybody's faces.Due to all of my creations.
What's your all time favorite dish to make? There's so many dishes to enjoy but I really enjoy a chicken marsala or a chicken breast in white wine sauce, with sauteed mushrooms with roasted potatoes and green beans in dijon mustard, and serve it up with a Panna cotta are some beignets with a nice jambalaya or a nice gourmet burger or medium rare steak broccoli rob and mango sauteed sauce.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open a food truck to be established on a military base and also to do festivals. That way I could give back to the civilian world and the military world. It would be beautiful to give my creations just to see their faces. Smile, there's nothing more rewarding. Then seeing a great smile after a great bite of food. Especially the food that you created. I would give back ten percent of my profits and the earnings two, the homeless. And dedicate a memorial for my recent brother who passed..
