My mom is my main inspiration. Growing up, she made the best dinners ever. We got to choose whatever we wanted for our birthday dinner. And she made the BEST chicken and noodles, because the noodles were homemade! So yummy! Every holiday dinner was special and was cooked with love. I live with my mom now and I want to be the one to cook for her. I want to cook as well as my mom did, and also make sure it's cooked with love too. Watching Food Network truly encourages me to try new recipes.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I have three. My friend gave her recipe of Chicken Cordon Bleu and it is delicious! Also, Lasagna and Chicken Parmesean. I also love to bake!
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won, the $25,000 would go to renovating my mom's kitchen. She bought her house a year after my dad passed away. She's been in this house for 26 years. It would be so much fun to have a new kitchen!
