It all begins with my grandparents! It’s in my blood. Granny with the seasoning sauces and recipes who passed the torch and the recipe book down to me by, bypassing both my mom & aunt. lol Grandma Pearl said you’ve made these recipes yours now it’s your turn. I strive and continue to make them proud paying them homage in every bite.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I consider myself a grill master and saucier! So anything on the grill is my go to. That’s heaven for me and nostalgic memories of being taught the craft by my grandfather!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in my craft and purchase a rotisserie smoker to further enhance my grilled meats. In addition to increasing my product line of sauces and seasonings
