Receive Text UpdatesFrom a young age I fell in love with food and the idea of coming up with new dishes. I’ve always had an urge to make everything I do better each and every time. The feeling I get from hearing good things about my food knowing it brings people happiness is what inspires me to keep pushing harder and harder.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite dish to make is centered around a ballotine chicken with fig, shallot, pecan and goat cheese. Topped with a blueberry fig sauce. I like pairing this with a roasted butternut squash puree and breaded green tomatoes.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to put toward my dream of having a private chef/catering business!
