Receive Text UpdatesMy Dad was my inspiration. He was in the food business, as a child I loved to shop and cook with him. The first thing my Italian dad taught me to make was minestrone soup. Starting out on my own, I asked him for his lasagna recipe that I wanted to make for a first date. It included 5 cloves of garlic. I used 5 bulbs! He said, “are your trying to blow up his stomach?” Fearing to serve that dish to my date, I brought it into the office for the guys I worked for and they loved it!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love savory dishes that evoke a sense of warmth and satisfaction. Steak and chicken are my go-to proteins, each offering a canvas of culinary creativity. Balancing these hearty main courses with inventive sides of vegetables and a starch complete the symphony of tastes that make every meal an inviting experience.
What would you do with the $25,000?I envision a compound with tiny houses, a serene haven where my family can come together and create lasting memories. This dream includes a special place for my mom where she can find peace and comfort. I would cultivate a lush vegetable garden on the homestead. I also want chickens and a goat. My husband doesn’t get the goat part, neither do I but I want one! The $25,000 would help move me towards realizing this vision of creating a lifestyle that celebrates family and culinary artistry.
