The city I grew up in Miami, is what inspires me to cook. Miami is definitely a melting pot. One that oozes diversity, atmosphere and flavor. This vibrant city is my constant inspiration.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Tropical fried rice with coconut shrimp served inside of a charred pineapple drizzled with a cilantro aioli sauce.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open a mobile food cart or lease a ghost kitchen to begin bringing my ideas to life and sharing my food and flavors with the people of Miami.
