What's your all time favorite dish to make?Tropical fried rice with coconut shrimp served inside of a charred pineapple drizzled with a cilantro aioli sauce.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open a mobile food cart or lease a ghost kitchen to begin bringing my ideas to life and sharing my food and flavors with the people of Miami.
