Receive Text UpdatesMy aunt that owns a food business in Philadelphia was my inspiration. She taught me how to make good food and not just cook. Before her I was drowning eggs in bacon fat and burning pots of water. :) she went to culinary school and learned how to make food and pastry school and learn how to make desserts so she's my go to person for this venture. It wasn't until she got sick and needed surgery that she had to step back from working so much. I've been helping her financially as much as I can.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite dish of all time to make is my favorite dish of all time to eat. Eggs Benedict. My aunt taught me how to make it and I ate nothing else for 3 months. I finally had to stop because she said it was bad for me to eat that much butter haha!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to open my business and begin sharing my dream with the world. It would allow me to get the license and fees taken care of so I can get started.
