What's your all time favorite dish to make?Most anything on the back patio BBQ station. Sliced brisket with burnt ends, blackened crispy brussel sprouts with bacon, edemame heated in garlic butter with a shake of vinigar powder, white grits cubes with parmagan and a drizzle of bechamel and a green salad with crisped duck prosciutto, beats, gorganzola, candied walnuts and a balsamic glaze.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have an opportunity that will be opening to me, a indoor food court is being developed and it will be the perfect place to start my food service.
