Who or what inspires you to cook?

My dad taught me how to cook but my family and friends are who I cook for. Gatherings and outings most of the time or just a spontaneous home cooked mean over the smoker. To open a food business or BBQ spot is most definitely my dream cooking inspires me the taste of food and the flavor inspires me.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

All of them!!! I don’t have a specific I go with the flow and come up with my own dishes I don’t look up recipes unless making a special sauce for a dish. Most of my dinners or meals are all from scratch and fresh veggies for the most desired taste the food can bring to the table.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Purchase a pull behind smoker 250-300 gallon gravity fed off set smoker with insulated fire box. Form my LLC and purchase another pull behind trailer for food distribution with a fridge a cooler for all my essentials and condiments. Put some into an account for my business and pay bills with the rest.
