Nothing’s more inspiring than the moment when friends and family go quiet, fully enjoying a plate of smoked brisket or ribs. That silence speaks louder than words, it’s the ultimate sign that you’ve either nailed it or flopped. A full and quiet table is what inspires me to continue to improve my work!
What's your all time favorite dish to make?With every season comes a different favorite dish. A low and slow smoked beef rib has to be one of my all time favorites though. I love to try different binders and different seasoning to try and find the next best thing. Hands down a beef rib sandwich can’t be beat!
What would you do with the $25,000?With the winnings I would be closer to my goal of starting my own company. I would work to provided better meals to Wildland fire fighters on the fire line. And I would build my own line of BBQ sauces, seasonings and accessories where I can use profits to give back to the Wildland Fire Fighter Foundation.
