Who or what inspires you to cook?

Anthony Bourdain, Adam Richman, Andrew Zimmern and Gordon Ramsay were my idols growing up. They showed me that amazing food can be found at all corners of the globe.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

While I enjoy cooking foods from across the globe, my favorite comfort food always comes back to queso Birria. A formidable flavor paired with a most sensational texture these tacos have brought joy to not only myself but every single person I’ve made them for.

What would you do with the $25,000?

This would be literally life changing for me, and I would use it to finally be able to start my own business as a personal chef so that I may continue my piece of the culinary tale that my idols have curated so thoughtfully.
