My mom, she was the one that got me cooking and showed me the joy it makes from good food and feeding people. Whenever I put a dish up, I think it's for a family member or a friend so it's always the best it can be.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?Oh wow, it's hard to say any one thing is my favorite. But, I truly love making brunch dishes. Or large family style meals that feed a dozen people. That sense of family around a big table and that energy it brings. It's healing.
What would you do with the $25,000?I have had this idea about my food truck, for along time and a lot of things life throws at you as stopped me from moving on it. This money will get me there
