My cooking inspiration is borne principally out of culture and nostalgia, and influenced by tradition. Cooking is my artful and creative expression of that tells the story of that culture and tradition, and using it to prepare meals that are savored and remembered by those who partake of them.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?My favorite all time dish is an original Creole blonde bread pudding that I make called "Panne Flora." Everyone loves it. It's a hit everytime.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would jumpstart a personal chef business that caters to the elderly, disabled, and I would help women across America to realize business ownership, cooking-related or not.
