At first I was inspired by Emeril Lagasse watching his show at a young age. Watching Emeril Live helped me realize that cooking for a living is a possibility. I am also inspired by my family. As a kid we always had a large garden and went hunting and fishing. The fresh produce from the garden, fresh fish, and game meat are always an inspiration.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I enjoy making confort food at home. Fresh pasta and bolognese sauce are my go to at home meals. I really enjoy making Italian food for its simplicity and clean bright flavors.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take the winnings and build an at home business creating pop up dinners and personal wine dinners. I love cooking for people in an at home environment, it makes it a more personal meal and experience.
