Receive Text UpdatesMy health was at a terrible place when I found keto and carnivore and lost 130 pounds and changed my life. I struggled in the beginning because of my love of food and food culture, and I realized no one was creating recipes to honor the culture and social element of being a foodie, so I sought to change that for myself and others around the world. I cook and create crazy recipes to show the world we don't have to sacrifice our love of food culture to be healthy, and it has been life changing.
What's your all time favorite dish to make?It's so hard to narrow it down to one dish, but I love the chicken-based pasta noodles I've created, because they're such a versatile element I can use in many dishes from so many different cultures. Noodles are such an integral part of so many foods around the world, and for people struggling with health issues related to carbohydrate intake they're one of the hardest to give up. My noodles have almost no carbohydrates but they taste fantastic, and they have changed so many lives already.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off debt, buy filming gear, and begin multiple new projects to help reach more people struggling with health issues that could be addressed with low carb diets. My mom is a type 2 diabetic, and I see the need for health, but I've also seen in her, and thousands of others, the life changes that come from taking control of our food without sacrificing on flavor. It's my goal to use the money to help as many people as possible around the world enjoy their food and their health.
