My Mom I watched her bake when I was a young girl and I lost my favorite Uncle in April 2021, my fiancée in August 2021 and my older brother in September 2021 and Auguste Escoffier school of culinary arts and I put myself in school for baking and pastry and took my associates degree and loosing these guys in my life pushed me to be the best I can be
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I love to make Tiramisu. But I really don’t have one favorite cause I’ve learned to bake things from all around the world
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to put it toward my business. I want to get an edible printer and an edible airbrush and to make my baking dreams come true by eventually opening my brick and mortar. I would like to continue to help women with kids in the homeless shelter here where I live. I donated Christmas cookie, cake pops and icing and sprinkles for the cutout cookies so the kids and mothers enjoyed doing them as a family
