Who or what inspires you to cook?

It's in my blood. I love feeding people! I wake up sometimes thinking what can I prepare and make my own. I love feeding our grandchild new flavors and textures and watching the excitement on their faces. Cooking is endless with endless final dishes. I love making people happy.

What's your all time favorite dish to make?

Mediterranean foods is where I excel, but most of all I enjoy preparing foods simple, full of flavor, like my ancestors in the Greek villages. Using ingredients that I'm able to pronounce is brought to the for font. Cooking as if we are in the "Blue Zone."

What would you do with the $25,000?

Invest it in our farm. We raise Katahdin sheep on our small farm. The flavor of this breed is mild, not gamy. We are raising them naturally on pasture and supplementing with grains. Farm to table sometimes is only 50 feet away.
