I have always been inspired by my grandmother and best friend in the kitchen. We weren't well off and seeing her be able to make something out of nothing was always amazing. My best friend would always rave about how I should open a restaurant one day and I aspire to do that to make both my grandmother and him proud
What's your all time favorite dish to make?I don't really think I have a favorite, I just love cooking anything and everything. If I had to choose I'd have to say soups and sauces since I like how complex they can be and how the flavors can be layered.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to go to culinary school and to open my own little cafe.
